JOB DETAILS:
One Nip Uganda is a company on a mission to organize the local web through platform-based web development. The company is looking for ambitious and passionate IT web trainees looking for a great IT career that aligns well personal aspirations and those of One Nip Uganda.
Job Summary: The IT Web Product Development Trainees will work along with other team members through a virtual workspace in the office to deliver work effectively and efficiently. The work requires someone who adopts easily to highly changing environments and work demands requiring a lot of creativity and independent discernment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The trainees should preferably hold degrees in Information Technology, Business Computing, Computer Science or related field.
  
• Good web development skills demonstrated by personal free time works.
  
• Show passion for Information Technology
  
• Ability to work with less supervision.
  
• Ability to learn and adapt to new things in a highly innovative and creative environment
  
• Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with the clients both verbally and in writing.

Core requirements:

• Preferred Individual Own personal laptop/computer (indicate this in your application)
  
• Should be residing in Kira, Namugongo or Najjera (Indicate this in the subject line)

Note: Trainees are put on a mentorship programme and should not expect payment until they become productive to contribute to the company’s growth and revenue with the acquired skills.
