Website Manager Roles

• Generation of website analytics for digital clients to establish the success of website campaigns (applicable to analytics strategy).
  
• Understanding clients core business and coming up with creative and innovative digital advertising concepts to give their message campaigns boosts that will be over turned into revenue.
  
• Monitoring the ever changing online market dynamics and advising on how best to remain competitive.
  
• Sharing with clients available advertising spaces for website banners, online video adverts, in text banners, text links and creative adverts like pop ups.
  
• Studying innovations on clients‘ products and services and creating selling angles that will make sense to them and ultimately give them value for money if they are to advertise with us.
  
• Ensuring clients are satisfied, maintaining long term relationships and ensuring repeat business.
  
• Understanding the customers’ decision making process and quantifying it into a timeline which l use when making projections.
  
• Social media content development and management specmcally as added value to our website advertisers and also keeping content relevant to our readers.
  Generation of progressive social media campaign reports that entail Click through Rate, impressions oniine and engagement.
  
• Social Media analytics generation through use of tools like social bakers, synopsis.
  
• Use of CRM technologies to create engagement and respond to enquiries oniine, using chatbots-helps the company have characteristics of a person since it allows real time interaction.
  
• implement and monitor social media campaigns tor clients on Facebook and Twitter, advise on tactics to enhance social media optimization which includes robust content strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement. .
  
• Monitoring of social media campaigns in comparison to set campaign objectives and measuring metrics through social media analytics to ascertain the success of the campaign (applicable to content strategy).
  
• Carrying out market research both oniine and ofiline so as to measure customer satisfaction and customer lifetime value so as to inform projections for prospective and already existing customers whilst maintain a broad equitable bran domain for Radio Paidha.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Information management, Media Management or Digital communications but a University Degree will be more relevant.
  
• Minimum of Three Years Professional Experience in a similar job.
  
• Professional Experience in writing, editing, presenting and group coordination.
  
• Working and relevant experience with the Electronic Media especially Radio Broadcast.
  
• Professional Experience in results based management.
  
• Self-drive, creativity, and problem-solving capacity are required
  
• Able to work independent, responsible and target oriented. Salary
