JOB DETAILS:
MUJHU’s current website is outdated and needs a refresh to accomplish our current objectives. The site is currently built in ASP.net but we are strictly limited to Linux PHP, which is what our existing hosting contract supports. We would like the following features;

Responsibilities roles
• A fully responsive website designed with
• Content management System (CMS)
• Expressive graphic designs for desktop and mobile phone browsing
• Web templates, stylesheets consistent with the common website theme (see examples) optimized for photographic and video heavy layouts
• Cross browser compatibility
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Site content optimization
• Search Engine submission (free search engines)
• Web ranking report
• Well documented manuals and User Training

requirements
• Timelines and Important Consultant Screening Information
• Response deadline is 1 week from the date of release of this RFQ
• Consultant selection will happen 14 days after submission of RFQ
• Anticipated completion timeline is at least 10-14weeks after confirmation of selected consultant.
• Should agree to the payment schedule based on deliverables: 30% website wireframe, 30% website design approval, 40% payment on a full launched website and CMS training.
• Providing previous client referrals is an added advantage.
• The consultant should provide links to websites designed and developed by them
• The graphics designer should attend all the meetings i.e. inception and progress meetings.
• Will provide creative brief and project timelines with deliverables.
• The Consultant should be compliant with the tax authority. A TIN number is a must.
• The Consultant should also provide proof of Withholding Tax Exemption since MUJHU will pay less WHT.
