Sales Unit Leadership Position (Purely Commission Based With Incentives Based On Performance)
Duties And Responsibilities For Sales Team Leader
• Perform Sales, Management And Administrative Tasks
• Have Excellent Sales And Leadership Skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Coach Team Members
• Develop Team Strengths And Improve Weaknesses
• Identify Team Goals Evaluate Team Progress
• Resolve Conflict
• Organize Team Initiatives
• Lead And Motivate The Team
• Manage Performance And Training The Team
Qualifications For Sales Team Leaders:
• Bachelors Degree In Any Field, Post Graduate/Masters Will Be An Added Advantage
Note: Rumineration Is Commission Based.
