JOB DETAILS:
Main accountabilities:
Execute the pharmacy/medical warehouse storing activities in order to keep pharmacy stock above security level and following recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) under the supervision of the Medical Team Leader, and in collaboration with the logistics and paramedical teams. This includes: supervising the material orders and dispatch; ensuring good storage conditions; monitoring the stock through stock cards and inventories; alerting when alarms thresholds, stock-outs, and expiry dates are reached; controlling the access to the warehouse; ensuring that items are placed in the appropriated zones.

Requirements:
Essential secondary school. Desirable pharmacy, or medical/paramedical studies. Previous experience of 2 years in a similar or relevant position. Previous experience in MSF is an asset. Essential computer literacy (Pack Office). Knowledge of MoH monitoring and follow-up tools as well of the ordering process.
