The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at The Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Annex, Plot 12 Hannington Road-Opposite Serena Hotel Staff Gate, Procurement Office-Second Floor.- A complete set of Bid documents in English may be purchased by Interested Bidders on submission of a written application on their Company Letterhead to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be Electronic Funds Transfer to UETCL Bank Accounts shown below:

Receipt of Payment will be carried out at the UETCL Finance Department on First Floor, Plot 10- Hannington Road- Opposite Serena Hotel upon presentation of proof of payment acceptable.
