Abridged Bid Notice for Prequalification, Annual Framework Contracts and Invitation to Bid Under Open Domestic Bidding for Markets tender at Ibanda District Local Government

Bids are invited from competent firms, companies for prequalification, annual framework contracts, and open domestic bidding to Ibanda District Local Government for the FY 2025/26. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with prequalification and open bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205, and open to all bidders.

  1. General Construction and Civil Works
  2. Construction and Maintenance of Water Points
  3. Drilling of Wells and Boreholes
  4. Road Works

Category B. Prequalification – Supplies

  1. Supply of ICT Supplies (Computers, Printers, and Accessories)
  2. Laboratory and Chemical Reagents
  3. Assorted Medical Equipment and Supplies
  4. Pipes and Fittings for Construction of Water Points
  5. Motorcycles

Category C. Annual Framework Contracts

  • Supply of Fuel, Oils, and Lubricants
  • Supply of Road Construction Materials
  • Supply of Assorted Office Stationery
  • Repair and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles
  • Supply of Printed Stationery
  • Supply and Maintenance of ICT Equipment
  • Provision of Meals and Refreshments
  • Supply of Pipes and Fittings for Construction of Water Points
  • Supply of Grader Spare Parts
  • Servicing of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles
  • Supply of Agricultural and Livestock Inputs
  • Maintenance of the District Compound
  • Supply of Tyres
  • Maintenance of Toilets at the District and Saaza
  • Supply of 3-Seater Twin Desks and Office Furniture

Category D
 Collection of Revenue from Markets and Other Sources (More details on the district and sub-county notice boards)

  1. A complete set of the prequalification and bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 UGX for Categories A, B & C and 30,000 UGX for Category D, payable using the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS).
  2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ibanda District Local Government and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, Procurement & Disposal Unit Office from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM during working days. Contact: 0779090226

The deadline for bid submission shall be 17th June 2025 for all categories at 11:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected.
