JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose
Ensure all warehouse and inventory operations and activities run smoothly from the time of delivery of raw materials to the time of exporting to the final client.

Key Result Areas
Assistant Manager Warehouse Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitor’s demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure all warehouse operations and activities run smoothly from the time of delivery of raw materials to the time of exporting to the final client.
• Check and supervise the checking of all raw materials delivered.
• Ensure all complete inventory is managed and stored in a proper manner
• Liaise with the Quality Assurance Manager to assign lot numbers and properly label.
• Compile and share warehouse stock reports daily,
• Manage performance and motivate the warehouse supervisors.
• prepare and submit daily stock movement report in line to company standard

Work Experience
3-5 years in Agri Commodity Exports, Manufacturing, Food processing.

Education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
• Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
• Vast experience in excel
