JOB DETAILS:

Are you looking to be an outstanding high-performance professional in Youth Development? This training is for you! Educate! presents a training opportunity for University graduates who are passionate about working with the unique youth demographic.

Interested candidates will go through a 3-weeks Youth Entrepreneurship Training (YET) that will:
• Equip them with core competencies to lead engaging and practical learning experiences for Youth through hands- on practice and feedback.
• Support trainers with implementing best practices to build meaningful relationships with Youth and to drive transformational learning outcomes.
• Build confidence and clarity to support the delivery of the Skills for Effective Entrepreneurship Development (SEED) curriculum
• Develop capacity to train others to be effective coaches and mentors
• Equip them with Public Speaking, Group Facilitation, and Events Management.
• Be a part of the prestigious Educate! network and benefit from any potential opportunities within the network

The training is open to only 125 participants. YET alumni and University graduates either living around or from these districts are highly encouraged to apply:
• Jinja
• Kamuli
• Mayuge
• Mbale Iganga
• Kampala and greater metropolitan Kampala areas.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, Business or Entrepreneurship related field.
• Minimum of 1-year professional experience in teaching, working, or volunteering with Youth in any related field. Experience working with Out-of-school youth is an added advantage
• Possession of basic Computer skills.
• UGX 50,000 contribution towards learning materials during the YET.
