The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invitees legally registered and qualified companies to present their best offers for the following construction projects.
UGAYU/RFP/2020/O02: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT KERWA COLLECTION CENTRE IN YUMBE DISTRICT.
LOT 1
a) CONSTRUCTION OF CHAINLINK FENCE AND GUARD HOUSE AT KERWA COLLECTION CENTRE IN YUMBE DISTRICT.
b) CONSTRUCTION OF ONE BLOCK PERMANENT OVERNIGHT SHELTER AT KERWA COLLECTION CENTRE IN YUMBE DISTRICT.
c} CONSTRUCTION OF ONE BLOCK FIVE STANCE LATRINE FOR FEMALE AT KERWA COLLECTION CENTRE IN YUMBE DISTRICT .

Job application procedure
Companies with property duly registered with relevant Government authorities, having sound financial basis and relevant experience with knowledge of how to meet UNHCR’s needs are invited to participate in the tendering process. Interested eligible bidders may obtain the documents tor the above tenders as well as the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Works by sending on e-mail to: UGAYUSUP@unhcr.org .
SITE VISIT (MANDATORY): UNHCR will conduct site visit with the bidders on 08/09/2020 at 10:00AM at Kerwo collection centre, YUMBE district.
The deadline for submissions is 23 September 2020 of 13:00 hrs local time.
