BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Consultancy services for a Transformation Manager for the Post Asset Re-Transfer period – UEDCL/SRVCS/2024-25/10316

1. The Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for the services of a Transformation Manager for the Post Asset Re-Transfer
2. The Entity invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for the services of a Transformation Manager for the Post Asset Re-Transfer period
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all consultants
4. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal document at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday except public holidays.
5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested consultants on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) below stating the method of payment to be used i.e. cash or bank draft. The document shall be issued upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. The method of payment will be cash or bank draft.
6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) on or before 11:00am on Wednesday 23rd April 2025. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 at 11:30am.
7. There shall be a pre-proposal meeting at 11:00am on Tuesday 15th April 2025 and as per the proposed schedule in this notice.

   e) Display of best evaluated bidder notice: 9th May – 22nd May 2025
   f) Contract signature: After Solicitor General’s clearance
