Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, market trends, and corporate client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector, focusing on IT solutions such as software, cloud services, cyber security, networking, and enterprise solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure deals.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, including IT managers, and procurement heads.
• Provide consultative sales support, understanding client needs and recommending appropriate IT solutions.
• Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Market Research & Strategy Development
• Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and analyze industry trends.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
• Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve service offerings.
Sales Performance & Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales records, including leads, prospects, negotiations, and closed deals.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions to refine sales approaches and meet business objectives.
Target Achievement & Accountability
• Work in a target-driven environment with clear revenue goals and performance incentives.
• Proactively seek ways to exceed sales targets through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Adapt to challenges and optimize strategies to maximize corporate client acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in corporate sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, or technology services.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to understand IT solutions and effectively communicate their business value.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in handling long sales cycles and high-value corporate deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online sales tools.
