JOB DETAILS:
Document Controller M/F (UG) - Buliisa
Job Roles
• Control all the documentation produced by contractor to be delivered to the Company.
• Prepare and codify all documents and apply in all the required template format.
• Submit all needed documents using Prodom or other submission platform.
• Keep an updated record of all documentation, code and status.
• Control the drawings and specifications valid in each phase of the project.
• Control documentation produced by quality department, including lab reports.
• Attend meetings with the Company related with documentation control.
• Collaborate in the preparation of handover dossier of the Project

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or related field.
• Minimum professional experience of five (5) years in similar functions on related construction projects.
• Previous International experience on same position

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
