JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: Team Leader ROTOM School
Location: Mukono - Nakifuma

Qualifications:
• Age: 20-55 years
• Committed /Born again Christian
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Education.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year.
• Other skills required: Good computer and inter person skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating an academic program for learners that meets national standards and ROTOM Vision
• Working closely and communicating with parents
• Helping assess learners’ needs and development
• Selecting, training, supporting and assessing staff
• Providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues with learners
• Using data to track learners performance and produce reports
• Working with external advisors and school governing committees
• Effectively and efficiently manage school finances
• Ensuring the safety of all children in the school
• Ensure the school meets all the legal requirements
• should be able to communicate in public and spend time on their own completing administrative


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
