JOB DETAILS:

Reports To: Finance & Administration Manager

Qualifications:
• Age: 20-55 years
• Committed /Born again Christian
• Academic Qualification: Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year.
• Other skills required: Good computer and inter person skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Support the Human Resource Manager in the recruitment process
• Update staff files & create others for new staff.
• Organise staff team-building events, and staff meetings & ensure that all staff participate in these events and other scheduled or organization events as required
• Help plan and oversee employee recognition events
• Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration
• Distribute organization guidelines and policies to all staff
• Support the process of establishing staff training and development programs
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
