Responsibilities.
● Impact measurements and program evaluation.
● Continuous follow up with graduates,compiling data and report writing.
● User research.
● Support in organization of pitch-events.
● Support in day to day activitie s.

Qualifications and requirement
● Bachelor's degree in any preffered field.
● Work experience in a similar role is an added advantage .
● Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
● Ability to manage simple statistics.
● Good communication skill.
● Detail and results driven.
● Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
● Good computers skills.(Google Suites,MS word,Excel,Airtable and trello)
● Fluent in English .
● Certificate of quality control is an added advantage.
