About us
Bata Shoe Company Limited is a multinational and the leading footwear manufacturer and retailer. Key duties and responsibilities will be discussed with short listed candidates.

Qualification, Skills and Experience.

• The ideal candidate for the Bata Uganda sales representative job / institutions officer should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in; Marketing, science in Marketing, business administration, majoring in Marketing OR any related Business field.
  
• At least 3 years’ experience practicing marketing from a reputable organization with traceable performance references.
  
• S/he must be below the age of 35.
  
• S/he must be a high caliber performer and team player.
  
• Possession of a valid Driving Permit is a MUST preferably for a motor bike.
  
• Excellent performing, Organizational and customer relations skills.
  
• Full knowledge of the central region and the central business district.
  
• Knowledge of footwear will be added advantage
  
• Highly flexible, self-starter, confident and an effective communicator.
  
• Interest in inter relationship building and maintenance will be an added advantage
