PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE FY 2026-2027

Formed in 1974, the Uganda Association of Women Lawyers (FIDA-Uganda) is a membership-based feminist organization that provides legal aid services through a strategic network of offices reaching over 20 districts across the country. With a mission to advance gender equality through the promotion of women’s and children’s rights, a vision of a just and peaceful society where women’s and children’s rights are realized and enjoyed in all spheres in Uganda, the organization provides legal aid services to indigent women and children, families per the FIDA-Uganda members, Community Legal Volunteers, and local authorities led by a national level in Kampala are supported by lawyers, FIDA-Uganda members, Community Legal Volunteers, and local authorities.

To ensure the effective delivery of our programs and services, FIDA-Uganda invites eligible service providers to submit bids for the prequalification for the provision of goods, services, and works for the period 2026-2027. This prequalification process aims to establish a list of approved suppliers; therefore, all existing suppliers who wish to continue working with FIDA-Uganda must reapply and submit up-to-date information as requested in the prequalification documents.

BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

Prospective Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/- per Lot using the bank details below. This is to cover the administrative costs process.

Bidders paying for more than one Lot should make separate payments and generate separate bank transaction receipt. Only bidders with a proof of payment attached shall be considered for evaluation.

All bids are to be submitted via email procurement@fidauganda.or.ug and addressed to the Chairperson, Procurement Committee. Only indicate the LOT NO in the subject Line.

No hand delivered applications shall be accepted.
