JOB DETAILS:
Action for Rural Women’s Empowerment (ARUWE) is a non-profit; Non-Governmental Organization working with marginalized groups of people, especially women and girls.

ARUWE has received financing from Impact and Innovations Development Centre (IIDC) to scale up the implementation of the Responsible Engaged and Loving (REAL) Fathers program, which is an evidence-based, community-led parenting mentoring program aimed at reducing intimate partner violence and violence against children while promoting early childhood development and learning through play. ARUWE is now looking to fill the following positions to implement the project and invites eligible candidates to apply.

Purpose of the Role:
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will support the Project Manager in reporting by ensuring all activities’ data is collected and managed through the project M&E systems using the appropriate tools. This position is based in the Central Region but with frequent travel to other regions. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Head of Programs.

The Person:
• Relevant academic training at bachelor’s degree level.
• At least 3 years’ proven hands-on experience in M&E work in a similar development project.
