Provision Of Services for Cleaning and Maintenance of Remote Sites tender at Uganda Communications Commission (UCC)

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds for procurement of Cleaning UCC Regional Offices and Maintenance of Remote sites.
2. The Uganda Communications Commission invites sealed lists from eligible holders for Provision of Services for Cleaning and Maintenance of Remote Sites.
3. Briefing will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Briefing a procedure contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 as amended and to spend all address.
4. Interested holders may obtain either information and inspect briefing documents from Uganda Communications Commission at the address given below at 6/30 from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hours during working days.
5. The Briefing Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested holders on the submission of a written application for the address below at 9:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $ha 400, 000 (Uganda Stallings can be refunded Thousand months). The method of payment can be to a bank account of Uganda Communications Commission at Stando Bank Uganda Ltd, Occupate Branch, Central Towns, Kampala an Isikans; Ug.Sha AO: No. 903005759900.
6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at 8:00 at or before 6th June 2025 at 10:00am. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bids Security Act (1. Shk. 20/0,00), Lot 2. Shk. 70/0,00, Lot 3. Shk. 1,30/0,000 and Lot 4. Shk. 700,000. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6/30 at 10:45 am on 6th June 2025.
7. There shall be a Pre-bid meeting 12 June 2025 at 11:00am at the regional offices.

The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is seeking qualified service providers for the Provision of Services for Cleaning and Maintenance of Remote Sites. This includes:

• Cleaning services for UCC regional offices, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all designated areas.
• Maintenance of remote sites, including routine inspections, repairs, and upkeep of facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Waste management and disposal in compliance with environmental and health regulations.
• Grounds maintenance, such as landscaping, lawn care, and general outdoor upkeep.
• Supply of cleaning materials and equipment as required for the tasks.
• Adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all work is carried out in line with UCC’s policies and Ugandan regulations.

Interested bidders must demonstrate proven experience in similar projects, financial capability, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The successful bidder will be expected to deliver quality services within the stipulated timelines and budgets.
