Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, Worley Parsons Uganda, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Journey Management Coordinator to work on the EACOP (East African Crude Oil Pipeline) construction project in Uganda.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure that the required journey management systems are in place, coordinated and monitored effectively.

Qualifications and experience
• 5years experience in security and or emergency management in related field.
• 5years experience operating an IVMS
• Previous experience working with multiple communications systems such as satellite phones, VHF radio (Very High Frequency) and simultaneously- GSM is desirable.
• Previous experience working within the Oil and Gas industries or other national/ multinational corporation that adheres to international standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to act independently without instruction in high pressure situations.
• Ability to use MS Office
• Attention to detail
• A high level of integrity and understanding of the requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
