Minimum Qualifications and Working Experience:
Applicants should be in possession of Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from a recognized University/ Institution plus a post graduate Diploma in legal Practice from Law Development Centre (LDC) or a recognized Institution within the East African region. Applicants must have served as a Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar for at least 3 years in a recognized institution or Tribunal. Any advanced post graduate qualification in the relevant field or management will be an added advantage.
Duties
• Reports to the Head Judge Industrial Court
• Handling the day today duties of the Court Registry
• Performing judicial functions within his/her jurisdiction in the Court d) Making quarterly performance reports to the Permanent secretary e) Assisting the Judges in the management of the Court
• Planning for and managing Court sessions in consultations with the Judges

• Attending to Top and Senior Management Meetings at the Ministry
• Handling any other duties that may be assigned by the Head Judge or Permanent Secretary
