Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering our products to existing and new customers within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
2. Delivery and Merchandising:
- Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Merchandise products in a visually appealing and saleable manner.
- Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products to customers.
3. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Submit sales reports and other required documents on a timely basis.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
1.Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
2. Experience:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry (Alcohol/ Liquor), preferably in a route sales role.
- Experience with delivery and merchandising preferred Alcoholic drinks is a MUST.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in basic math calculations and able to handle cash and operate a mobile payment device.
