BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

SUPPLY AND DELIVRY OF BRANDED ATM CARDS AS PER PRIDE DESIGN UNDER A THREE-YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

PML/SUPLS/2022/01160

1.         Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI) has allocated funds for supply and delivery of branded ATM Cards under a three year framework contract.

2.         Pride invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3.         Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Pride Procurement and Disposal of Assets Manual (October 2021) and Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2021 (Amended) and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2014 and is open to all bidders within and outside Uganda.

4.         Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in 7(a) from 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday). 

5.         A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English Language be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 The method of payment will be cash to the Pride Microfinance Bukoto Branch Cashier who will issue a receipt. The document will be issued from the address in 7(b) below.  No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6.         Bids must be delivered to the address below in 7(c) on or before 16th December, 2022 at 1:00 pm Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below in 7(d) on 16th December, 2022 at 1:30 pm.

7. (a)    Address documents may be inspected at: The Procurement and Disposal Unit, Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI), Victoria office Park, Block B, Plot 6-9, Ben Kiwanuka Okot Close, Bukoto, Ground Floor. P.O Box 7566 Kampala - Uganda.

            (b)        Address documents will be issued from: As in 7 (a) above

            (c) Address Bids must be delivered to: As in 7 (a) above

(d) Address of Bid Opening: Pride Microfinance Limited, Victoria Office Park, Block B, Plot 6-9, Ben Kiwanuka Okot Close, Bukoto, in the meeting room on first floor.
