JOB DETAILS:
Main Responsibilities
• Support the Finance Manager in the overall management of companywide Tax Risk.
• Lead the annual/bi-annual tax risk management process i.e., from risk assessment through to implementation of mitigating actions, while certifying FD involvement and timely sign-off.
• Maintain a cordial relationship with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution of work. Including and not limited to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), and other internal departments.

Qualifications Requirements:
• The applicant should hold a Bachelor of Honors Degree in a business discipline-related qualification from a recognized University.
• Postgraduate qualifications in ACCA or CPA or equivalent, specializing in tax are an additional requirement.
• At least five years’ work experience preferably in a busy commercial environment and with good exposure to other business processes.
