Post Technical Assistant - Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Reporting To Technician
Job Purpose Ensure standard operating procedures for use in the work place (laboratories).

Key, Duties and Responsibilities
1. Clean and organize workplace equipment and facilities;
2. Implement guidelines and regulations to ensure safety in the work place;
3. Assist in preparing students’ practicals;
4. Keep records of the materials used in the workplace;
5. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
Required Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

1. Knowledge about equipment and facilities;
2. Analytical skills;
3. Time management; and
4. Safety consciousness.
5. Records keeping.
Tenure of Appointment 4-year Contract
