Tender Notice For Supply Of Motorcycles & Accessories REF: R035751
Purpose

USAID/Uganda awarded URC a 5-year cooperative agreement the USAID Uganda Health Activity (USAID/UHA) to implement an integrated health service delivery project for 7 sub-regions. The USAID/UHA project will support the Government of Uganda's (GOUs) efforts to increase the survival and well-being of vulnerable populations and improve overall health system resilience in these seven (7) regions.
EGPAF Uganda seeks to invite interested, registered and competent vendors to bid for the supply of the motorcycles & accessories to be delivered at EGPAF Kampala, Uganda Office.

Objectives and Scope Purpose
EGPAF intends to award reputable and competent vendor(s) with capacity to supply a total of 101 units of motorcycles, 101 sets of riding suits, 101 pairs of riding gloves, 101 pieces of Helmets and 101 pairs of riding boots (as per specifications). 3. Expected Procurement Details
To support the implementation of her project, EGPAF intends to identify vendors that can supply and deliver items as per the details below:

Interested bidders should submit their bids using the Two (2) sealed envelope system addressed to the Procurement department quoting the procurement reference R035751 electronically by email to: Email: procurementuganda@pedaids.org ONLY referencing the procurement reference# in the email subject and with two separate attachments. One named "Technical Bid" and the other named "Financial Bid". Deadline for submission of bids is Friday, July 7, 2023 at 5:00 PM.

Clarification of application documents
A prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the shortlisting requirements may notify EGPAF in writing at the client's email: procurementuganda@pedaids.org . EGPAF will respond in writing to any request for clarification which it receives no later than five (5) days prior to the deadline of submission of bids.

Accessing application documents
