Job Title: Tutor

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Business School Tutor to support the academic success and professional growth of our students. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of business principles, outstanding teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students at various levels of expertise. This role requires a combination of practical business acumen and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Course Content: Develop and present lectures, workshops, and tutorial sessions in core business subjects, such as management, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
• Mentor and Guide Students: Provide academic support to students, offer advice on study techniques, career development, and industry trends, and help them prepare for exams, presentations, and real-world applications.
• Assess and Evaluate: Prepare assignments, tests, and exams; assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and track overall performance to ensure academic success.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty to refine and adapt course materials, ensuring they align with industry standards and meet the needs of a diverse student body.
• Engagement in Research: Stay updated on the latest developments in business studies; incorporate recent industry insights and case studies into lessons to provide students with relevant, practical knowledge.
• Support Student Projects: Offer guidance on student projects, research, and presentations, fostering a collaborative environment for peer-to-peer learning.
• Promote Academic Excellence: Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a growth mindset among students, creating an inclusive and motivating environment for learning.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven teaching or tutoring experience in a business school or similar academic setting.
• Strong knowledge of core business disciplines and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage, inspire, and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
