JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
o Conduct thorough assessment of clients.
o Market the company's loan products and create awareness with the appropriate target markets.
o Achieve monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
Requirements:
o Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Microfinance, Marketing, or any related field.
o Experience in credit operations.
o Strong marketing and communication skills with a focus on achieving targets.
