Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On bealf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Head of B2B Sales to work in Uganda.
JOB PURPOSE
The Head of B2B Sales develops and implements the Company’s commercial strategy in the B2B/SME segments. He/she is in charge of the development of the Company’s customer portfolio. He/she implements the B2B sales organization by participating in the right recruitment and ensuring the operational management of a B2B sales team. He/she carries the commercial objectives related to the B2B Company activity (volume and customer value).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Structuring and management of sales teams:
1. Recruitment and management of a B2B and a SME sales teams
2. Definition and achievement of monthly team sales targets
3. Training of B2B sales representatives and support in their skills development
4. Follow the KPIs and know how to propose action plans adapted according to the results.
Definition, animation, and execution of prospecting plans Companies:
1. Definition, monitoring, and participation in the prospecting action plan and negotiations
2. Support of teams and direct participation in the constitution of pre-sales files
3. Coordinates the constitution of technical and commercial proposals and manages their formalization.
4. Monitor evolving customer connectivity needs.
5. Identifies and offers value-added services corresponding to these needs.
6. Retain customers in the park according to a retention plan established with the Sales Director
Ensures customer satisfaction.
1. Develop the existing portfolio.
2. Follow-up of contract deadlines
Participation in the development of the strategic marketing plan:
1. Competitive intelligence on connectivity products and services Companies in the market
2. Identification and analysis of the positioning of actors
3. Collects and analyzes connectivity needs expressed by Companies to identify opportunities for the development of new offers.
B2B Sales Performance Monitoring
1. Daily analysis of B2B trade KPIs.
2. Proposal of corrective actions and commercial animation plans
3. Implementation of a sales representative evaluation procedure
Qualifications & Experience
1. Higher university education (school of management, management, business), or diploma of Engineer in Telecommunications
2. Mastery of negotiation and sales techniques
3. Successful experience in key account and SME commercial functions, ideally in the Telecoms (fixed internet/ connectivity solutions) or services sector with a strong technological dimension
4. Good knowledge of the industry and technical environment of a Telecom operator
5. Fluency in French and English
