Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Head of B2C Sales to work in Uganda.
JOB PURPOSE
Head of B2C Sales elaborates and puts in place a commercial strategy to drive B2C Sales. She/He oversees developing and maintaining a good portfolio of the B2C Customers. She/He implements the B2C Commercial organization through appropriate recruitments and ensuring operational management of the B2C sales teams. She/He drives the commercial targets for B2C for the Company. She/He is accountable for the performance of the B2C sales teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in elaboration and execution of Sales and Marketing strategy for the Company:
1. Market analysis and strategic view: good understanding of competitor’s products and services in the market
2. Identification and analysis of the positioning of players in the market.
3. Participates in the design of the catalog of B2C offers and services.
4. Collects and analyzes the internet needs and demand per market segment.
5. Coordination of marketing activities/campaigns related to B2C sales.
Set-up and manage the B2C Team:
1. Recruitment and management of the team of sales supervisor and sales agents
2. Define and follow-up on monthly sales targets of its team.
3. Training of the team and assessment of the performance.
4. Shares best practices and implements adapted action plans.
5. Monitor sales team and sales agent productivity, volume, and value of sales.
6. Animate monthly, weekly, daily sales routine with its supervisors.
7. Structure the KPIs and reporting structure.
Defines, animates, and executes the prospection plans for B2C sales:
1. Defines, follows-up and participates at the prospection planning and negotiations.
2. Establishment of partnerships to boost sales.
3. Team supports and direct participation in the constitution of pre-sales activities (area assignment and area/team performance analysis)
4. Coordinates the creation of technical and commercial proposals and manages their execution.
Customers’ Accounts management:
1. Proposes value added services to meet customers ‘needs.
2. Guarantees customers ‘satisfaction starting with the sales experience.
3. Support B2C retention Plans to ensure renewal and activity of the customer base.
Qualifications & Experience
1. University degree in Management, sales or marketing / equivalent training in business management, Economics, Communication / Business School. Or University degree in electronics and telecommunications
2. Strong negotiation skills and sales techniques.
3. Experience in Sales and/or Key Account sales functions, ideally in the Telecoms sector or services with a strong technological dimension.
4. Strong knowledge of the B2C Sales and technical environment of a Telecom operator
5. Able to speak French and English.
