JOB DETAILS:
Nella is a 360-degree provider of comprehensive health and wellness solutions delivered through the Nella Wellness Service Centres, Nella Wellness Kitchen, Nella Organics Product Range, and the Nella Digital Wellness Platform.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The Operation Manager will be in charge of overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
2. In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
3. Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
6. Great communication and presentation skills

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
2. Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revisions
3. Keep regular contact with management, employees, and vendors to guarantee the smooth operation of the business and that all operational activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
4. Provide strategic solutions while anticipating and monitoring operational and tactical threats.
5. Manages day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
6. Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting and implementing change control processes.
7. Works closely with the COO on other special planning and departmental projects.
8. Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution.
9. Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale and uphold company values.
10. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
11. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
12. infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
13. Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
14. Works closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
15. Meet with and report to the CEO about the company’s daily operations, as well as about the CEO’s plans for any upcoming adjustments or developments to business operations strategy, or other company goals and objectives
