• Responsibilities:
o Provide midwifery services, including antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
o Support mothers and families through childbirth and educate them on infant care.
o Monitor the health and well-being of mothers and newborns.
o Identify and refer high-risk pregnancies to higher-level facilities.
o Maintain accurate records of patient care and health education sessions.

• Qualifications:
o A Certificate in Midwifery from a recognized institution.
o Registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.
o Experience in midwifery practice is an added advantage.
o Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
