JOB DETAILS:
Manufactures of plastics, Shoes, Gumboots (EVA , PVC ), Been operating in Uganda since2009. We import high volume of EVA ,LDPE, PVC, DOP ... and others chemicals for our manufactures. 10 Fresh Graduates (6 female and 4 male)
We are searching for creative, highly enthusiastic graduates seeking to gaining experience and grow thier cornerstones heights to Supervise shoe making operations and monitor different team members.
The supervisors will assist managers to train, and evaluate team members; develop, review, and improve methods, procedures and generally ensure the shoe quality is up to standard. Supervisors

Responsibilities:
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the team members.
• Supervise the shoe making process to ensure the standard Quality Ismet.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving operating methods and procedures.
• Ensuring the workplace is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

Factory Supervisor Requirements:
• Diploma in Business administration or any related Field.
• Leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
