Job details:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill Eleven (11) vacant posts of Medical Records Assistant- Salary Scale U7L in Kayunga District Local Government. Applicants should forward their application/summary forms using file folders in triplicate on PSO summary Form and PSO Form N0. 3 (Revised 2008), which should be addressed to the Secretary District Commission P.0. Box 18000 Kayunga. The closing date will be Friday 19th May 2017 by 5.00 pm.

The application and summary forms are obtainable from the Public Service Commission Kampala or any of the District Service Commission offices, handwritten applications are also acceptable. All Applicants should attach three sets of recently Certified Photocopies of their Academic/Professional Certificates, Transcripts/Result slips with a detailed Curriculum Vitea, plus three (3) most recent coloured Passport Photographs. Applicants serving in Government should rout their applications through their Heads of Department who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays.
