Overview

We are looking for competent individual to join our team as Applications/Software Developers to work on new and existing applications for deployment and use by our clients.
Title: Applications/Software Development Trainee
No of Positions: 2 (Two)
Nature: Full time, working 8 hours daily but may be required to work outside of routine hours
Duty Station: Komamboga, Kyanja, Kampala.
Start Date: Immediately .

Key Responsibilities
• Meeting clients to identify their needs and liaising with them regularly
• Responsible for web/mobile/desktop applications design, development and deployment primarily for our clients
• Facilitating product training sessions/workshops
• Helping to drive adoption of various technologies at the company

Desired Qualities and Experience
• Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding and management of custom built computer applications
• Previous exposure and experience in HTML5, CSS, AJAX, PHP, Java, C#, ASP.NET and JavaScript, plus familiarity with IIS, WAMP and LAMP environments
• Previous exposure and experience in Mobile Applications Development
• Prior experience in Database programming preferably in Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft SQL server and/or MySQL, plus ability to write simple and complex SQL queries
• Ability to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task, and quickly adapt to change, plus experience in using email for communication
