About US:
Ginah’s Bakes specializes in making specialty cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, pastries and desserts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking of cakes, tarts and confectioneries under best food preparation standards
  
• Provide support to other bakers as and when needed.
  Cleaning of working area according to the health and safety regulations.
  
• Cleaning of equipment and utensils according to the health and safety regulations
  
• Cleaning machinery, premises, vehicles, furniture, implements, tools, utensils or goods at the bakery.
  
• Perform any other lawful and reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in Catering or Hospitality and Hotel Management.
  
• Applicants who passed Home Economics and mathematics at A’ level have an added advantage
  
• Experience in cake baking with good skills in cake decoration using both butter cream and fondant is an added advantage
  
• High self-drive
  
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
  
• Applicants with a background in art also have an added advantage.
