JOB DETAILS:
Positions Available:
• 2 positions:
o 1 in Malaba
o 1 in Mutukula
Note: Candidates should either already live in these areas or be ready to relocate permanently.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in financial services, technology, or digital platform environments.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of digital payment platforms and associated client support protocols.
• Experience with the ODOO system and/or other ERP systems is a plus.
