Job details:
The Davis & Shirtliff Group is the leading supplier of water and energy solutions in the region with operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, South Sudan and with Headquarters in Naimbi. The firm is looking for qualified, experienced and talented Distribution Sales Representatives. The work stations are in Central and Western Uganda.

DISTRIBUTION SALES RESPRESENTATIVE (02)

The main roles and responsibilities for the position are highlighted below as follows:
Roles and Responsibilities

• Selling specialized equipment and services.
• Customer development and retention.
• Research & analyse market conditions & opportunities.
• Willingness to travel on sales calls to remote areas.
• Writing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Any other task deemed necessary to accomplish the above.

Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will most likely have:

• A Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years hardcore door-to-door selling experience
• Between the ages 28 to 35 years.
• Excellent written and spoken English, good interpersonal, presentation and commercial skills are also of great importance.
• Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Be self-motivated, disciplined and work under minimum supervision.
