JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with clients and customers to promote the ride-booking app.
• Drive user acquisition by targeting riders and drivers within Kampala.
• Conduct field visits to explain app benefits and onboard users.
• Gather customer feedback and report to the sales and marketing team.
• Develop and execute localized sales strategies to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in field sales, particularly in tech or transport-related industries, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Kampala's geography and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
