JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Fresh Field Officer
Number of positions: 02 (Two)
Reporting To: Operation Officer.
Job Summary: To supervise and verity offloading loading of exports/import in various locations .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of Offloading/Loading of cargo at various locations.
• Coordinates validation of Tis for new arrivals daily Interpretation of the customs regimes, imports, exports and transit entries.
• Physical examination / verification of cargo in bond and warehouses once there is consignment
• Exit/dispatch export/import trucks on every shipment.
• Prepare/coordinate the required customs/shipping documents to release cargo out of the customs control area warehouses
• Take export/import cargo pictures with container details and keep records on every loading/ offloading.
• Maintain pictures of all seals (custom Shipping line Transporter/ Agent/Rivercross and E-seal URA) container wise.
• Check containers condition before loading starts and take a pic if something seems damaged or having hole.
• Check the material packaging and goods conditions
• Checking all customs documents/ Transportation documentare correct and same quantity loaded what mentioned on papers

Required Qualifications & qualities:
• Diploma/Certificate in Clearing & Forwarding from a reputable institution
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle with a riding license
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under minimum supervision Self-driven, motivated & result oriented
• Age between 20 to 27 years old
