JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview
• A Garden Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and development of gardens and outdoor spaces. They ensure that gardens are aes- thetically pleasing and well maintained.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hericulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (rele vant certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in garden or landscape supervision.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
• Atention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
• Efective communication and organizational skills.
