JOB DETAILS:
Golden Crane Investment Limited operates hotels around Kampala and western Uganda. These hotels are medium – large size in operations. The Management of Golden Crane Investments ltd is seeking to recruit staff to manage these hotels. The following positions are vacant and management seeks applications to fill them.
Position: 2 General Managers
Responsibilities:
• Oversea the strategic direction of the hotel, human resource management, customer care, business development & growth, public relations.
Qualifications.
• Experience. The prospective candidates should have experience of at least five years at management level and 3 years in hotel, tourism, entertainment and hospitality or other related humanities.
• Any additional post graduate certificate qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent team building skills
• Target oriented
• The prospective candidate should be willing to work upcountry where need arises.
The officer will be reporting to the Managing Director.
