Responsibilities:
• Good knowledge of the Uganda market Educate customers about the product and services Collection of data of all prospect customers.
• Monitor the monthly transaction of the branch to ensure targets are met Devising and presenting ideas that will help to gain more customers Monitoring ongoing promotion to maximize the potential revenue Monitoring competitor activity.
• Conducting market research to fave a better idea for any promotion Handle customer complaints, Ensure customer retention Updating the customers about the latest initiatives happening with a proper & systematic presentation
