About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Safety Assistant for one of our clients CNOOC Uganda.
Location: Kampala, Lake Albert production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.

Primary function:
• In charge of oilfield Onsite Safety and Health related work;
• Implementation of HSE regulations, identify potential hazards to avoid accidents or incidents to happen;
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Emergencies as per Emergency response plan and coordinate oilfield emergency handling;
• In charge of oilfield onsite safety and health management implementation.
• Monitor work safety and health precaution methods used by work team.
• In charge of safety and health equipment management, supervise and ensure all system and equipment comply with safety regulation ;Organize safety related equipment normal routine check and record, report abnormal findings timely.
• Supervise the safety of onsite operation, participate in safety situation analysis and prepare precaution.
• In charge of unsafety behavior near miss, accident and incident report and cooperate incident handling and audit;
• Prepare safety and health relative work plan and summary and liaise with supervisor to control safety and health budget.
• Raise safety and health relative equipment purchase requirement.
• Organize safety and health related equipment preventive maintenance.
• Response for QHS related contractor onsite management.
• Participate in onsite QHS related training and drilling.
• Conduct onsite safety and health related training.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety, Management, Petroleum, Maintenance or related.
• At least 3-year experience in safety management.
Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of QHSE management
• Knowledge regard QHSE regulation

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
