Mildmay Uganda is a Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/ AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services. Mildmay Uganda is also an accredited Institution of Higher Learning offering academic and short courses in health care.

Mildmay Uganda is running projects within central Uganda through which it is implementing evidence based health systems strengthening interventions aimed at accelerating HIV epidemic control. Mildmay Uganda is, therefore, looking for competent, innovative, and highly motivated individuals to join our team for the following position:

Reports to: Regional Manager

Job Summary: Will coordinate and provide technical guidance to the M&E team to implement the project’s monitoring and evaluation strategy to ensure compliance and achievement of project goals

Job Requirements: The successful applicant will must have;

• Bachelor’s Degree in either Demography, Statistics, Public Health or Dev’t Studies plus
• Postgraduate qualification in M&E.
• S/he must have 5 years’ experience in M&E of donor funded projects ,2 years of which must be at middle Management level.
• Practical skills in using Statistical analytical packages like STATA, SPSS, Epi Data.
• Demonstrable Experience in donor relations management and donor reporting

Other qualities for all positions are: Good communication (oral and written) skills, teaching/presentation skills; Analytical/Decision making skills; Problem solving skills; proficiency in various MS office packages. Committed to quality and excellence, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. Must be flexible, reliable, and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda.
