JOB DETAILS:
A leading ISO Certified Paints Company in Uganda is seeking to recruit dynamic, competitive, trustworthy, qualified individuals to fill the following positions:

Sales Executives - 2 Positions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, market research and networking.
  
• Develop and maintain cordial relation with existing clients.
  
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  
• Meet sales and collection targets in assigned area/region.
  
• Update management on market intelligence and sales activities through daily reports.
  
• Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying customers and generating orders.
  
• Handle customer complaints satisfactorily.
  
• Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles. Knowledge, Experience and

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Sales & Marketing or related field.
  
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the building material construction industry and or proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  
• Should be able to serve existing dealers and support them by establishing retail network.
