3. SALES MANAGER - 2 POSITIONS
Will Report to the General Manager.
The sales manager will source and bring ~business to the company.

He / She is expected to be results oriented a.nd to live up to the values of the organization

Role Responsibility:

• Source for business and Market PSG integrated security solutions to clients
  
• Effective development of new business in line with sales targets
  
• Effective performance and reporting of sales activities
  
• Customer Retention and corporate account management
  
• Increase sales and growth for the company by guiding, supervising and setting achievable targets to the sales team to ensure the company meets its revenue growth.
  
• Identify, prioritize, and reach out to new partners, and business opportunities etc.
  
• Identify development opportunities; follow up on development leads and contacts; participates in the structuring and financing of projects; assures the completion of development projects.
  
• Supervise guards on duty on a 24-hour basis

The Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor's degree in sales / marketing. Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional
  
• sales environment with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  
• A capable communicator with good English language skills.
  
• Experience in Business Development
