JOB DETAILS:
A leading ISO Certified Paints Company in Uganda is seeking to recruit dynamic, competitive, trustworthy, qualified individuals to fill the following positions:

Sales Trainees (2 Positions)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identity sales opportunities by visiting construction sites.
  
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and business networking.
  
• Update senior staff daily about the sales opportunities and ensure deal closure by providing clients with right product information and continuous follow-up.
  
• Build and maintain database of potential clients and sales leads.
  
• Update sales team by consolidating, analyzing and forwarding daily action summaries.

Skills and Qualifications requirements:

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Sales & Marketing preferred.
  
• 1 year's experience in the Building material/ construction industry is an added advantage.
  
• High energy level, fast learner, ability to handle pressure and passion tor sales.
  
• Self-motivated, results oriented with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
