JOB DETAILS:

A Reputable IT Firm specializing in Enterprise and line of Business IT Solutions, with offices in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Zimbabwe and operations in West and Central Africa is seeking to recruit highly competent, motivated and professional Graduates to help meet its customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative in the following position:
2 Software Developers

A graduate in the related field with the following skills will be desirable;

Technical Skills

• Programming Skills. Fluent in at least one Core Object Oriented programming language Java, C++ or C#, plus basic knowledge on others like VB, python, php, ruby on rails e.t.c
• Database Design skills. i.e. ability to design a well normalized database and write good SOL.
• Knowledge of frameworks
• Ability to develop both for the desktop and the web

Other Requirements

• Logical and structural thinking i.e. able to think out of the box (Good at problem solving)
• Self-motivated i.e. ability to learn on their own in order to accomplish the tasks at hand.
